About the role We are seeking an experienced Compensation Partner to join our Total Rewards team and lead compensation for our international locations as Anthropic builds out its global presence. This role will support our international org on the strategy, design and execution of Anthropic's compensation programs, adapting a global framework to markets that work differently. It is a great fit for someone who has seen compensation excellence at scale and has operated in rapidly scaling, high-ambiguity environments with evolving scope. You'll serve as connective tissue between a fast-moving regional business and a global Total Rewards team.
