About the role Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team brings Claude to organizations doing some of the world's most important work across the nonprofit and education sectors. These organizations share a problem: mission-critical work, thin budgets, and little slack to figure out new technology on their own. Our Customer Success team helps them go from first login to Claude being part of how their teams work, but we cannot do that one organization at a time, nor should we. The sector already has trusted intermediaries these organizations turn to first: networks, capacity builders, funder technical assistance providers, community colleges, and fellowship programs. This role exists to make those intermediaries as effective at activating and training organizations on Claude as our own Customer Success team is. As the Scaled Enablement Lead, you'll build the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program that qualifies intermediaries to onboard organizations and deliver Anthropic-designed workshops on our behalf.
