We are hiring a Workplace Coordinator to join Anthropic as the sole workplace team member in our Zurich office. You will own everything that makes the office run and everything that makes it a place people want to be — from building operations and vendor management to employee experience, events, and food and beverage programming. Responsibilities Office Operations & Building Management Coordinate with and manage vendors who handle day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Zurich office, including janitorial services, deliveries, office supplies, and building repairs Address workplace issues promptly (elevator down, restroom flood, HVAC failure, refrigerator not cooling, etc.), engaging the right vendor and keeping colleagues informed until the issue is resolved Conduct…
