Team mission GetYourGuide knows a great deal about every traveler, and almost none of it is usable today. Identity, booking history, browsing behavior, care conversations, preferences and predictions sit in separate systems, in different shapes, so every team that wants to act on what we know rebuilds its own partial version of it. The User Platform team is building the traveler context layer: resolving who someone is across devices and sessions, and turning scattered signals into a shared, interpretable and predictive understanding that every team can build on.
