Country Manager, Japan Miro · Tokyo

About the Role Miro is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Japan business. Japan is one of Miro's fastest-growing markets, and that growth is about to accelerate: we've made a significant recent investment in a Japan Data Center, removing a long-standing barrier for enterprise customers and opening the door to a new tier of commercial ambition. This is a business catalyst role. We need a senior executive who can drive an ambitious commercial agenda while building a team and culture strong enough to carry it, for our people and for the customers we serve. This person earns trust quickly, leads with transparency, and represents Japan credibly inside a global organization while being the external face of Miro Japan. You'll lead a team that understands customers' most strategic challenges, knows exactly who the key stakeholders are, and helps those customers transform their business with Miro, all while building a Tokyo hub that people are proud to belong to.
