About the opportunity As a Senior CRM Specialist (Engagement & Retention), you’ll own the customer journey from month two onwards. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our millions of users active, engaged, and thriving within the N26 ecosystem. This is a true 50/50 hybrid role: you will split your focus between driving high-level lifecycle strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns natively. You'll join our high-performing CRM team in Berlin to solve our most critical retention and reactivation puzzles. In this role you will: Operational Excellence (50%) Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, employing a holistic approach to engage effectively with our customer base. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex campaigns, leveraging your operational expertise. Champion adherence to established processes, both within your role and among stakeholders, to maximise campaign efficiency and operational excellence. Conceptualise, set up, and maintain automated communication workflows that support the achievement of CRM key performance indicators.
