You will also drive the manufacturing unit’s operational excellence journey, improving performance, productivity and quality to strengthen the site’s competitiveness. Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop manufacturing capabilities across the radiopharmaceutical production site. Set clear objectives and shape the vision for the production unit. Lead team development, training, succession planning and career progression. Serve as the key contact for site leadership, Engineering and Manufacturing Science and Technology functions. Monitor performance and report relevant key performance indicators to the Site Head. Drive financial performance, process excellence and effective management of people, equipment and facilities.
