You'll manage campaigns, sharpen your analytical skills, and turn data into decisions. Here's what you'll do Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies to boost player acquisition, engagement, and monetization across our mobile games Run, scale, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and video ad networks Deep-dive into performance metrics, market trends, and competitor insights to make data-backed decisions Run continuous A/B tests across channels and targeting strategies to discover new growth opportunities Build and nurture strong relationships with key external partners Team up with Marketing Artists to turn data-backed insights into top-performing creative ad concepts Desired skills and experiences Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, ideally within mobile gaming Growth mindset: eager to explore new…
