You will work closely with project managers and colleagues across regions and businesses, gaining hands-on exposure to how large global programs are planned, executed, and improved. Your role: Support the execution of two service transformation programs in collaboration with project managers and the wider Service Enablement Team. Assist with program preparation activities, documentation, and operational coordination. Contribute to transformation-related workstreams and help manage day-to-day program activities. Conduct data analysis when required and turn findings into clear reports and actionable insights. Work with the tools, processes, and governance used to run large international programs.
