Join Spotify's Japan Growth team and help more listeners discover the value of Spotify Premium. As part of our Markets & Subscriptions organisation, you'll play a key role in growing our subscriber base in one of Spotify's most important markets. Japan is Spotify's only single-country region, and we're entering an exciting new chapter focused on partnerships and sustainable growth. Working across marketing, product, data and commercial teams, you'll shape our growth strategy, turn customer insights into action and find new ways to connect Japanese listeners with Spotify Premium. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your leadership responsibilities over time. What You'll Do Lead Spotify's growth strategy in Japan, driving Premium subscriber acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue performance. Own and deliver the Premium growth plan, identifying opportunities across the customer journey and translating them into measurable business outcomes. Work closely with Marketing, Music and Partnerships leadership to shape growth priorities based on consumer insights, market trends and competitive dynamics. Partner with our Partnerships team to unlock subscriber growth through telecommunications, device, payment and content partners.
