Team: Small Markets, Support – Ops EU Location: Berlin ( Onsite ) Employment type: Full-time About the team Our Small Markets Support team is the first point of contact for merchants across Hungary, working hand in hand with colleagues across SumUp to resolve issues quickly and keep businesses running smoothly. As the Hungarian and English-speaking voice of SumUp, you'd help merchants solve real, day-to-day problems, everything from technical hiccups to account queries, while shaping how we support this market going forward. It's a role where no two days look the same, and where good listening and clear communication genuinely make a difference to small business owners who depend on us.
