What you'll do Shape commercial decisions Own the SumUp Consumer KPI framework end to end — defining which metrics matter, how they're measured and how they connect customer behaviour to commercial outcomes. Evaluate the quality of our growth: CAC, source attribution, channel performance and downstream customer value, separating headline growth from sustainable growth.
