About the team The Subscription Strategy & Performance team sets the strategic direction and performance bar for Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across EMEA. We sit within Subscription EMEA, whose vision is to build the best local-commerce membership programme in the region. The Strategy & Performance team owns the subscription strategy, planning rhythm, and performance, turning subscriber data into priorities, investment choices, and leadership-aligned strategies that other teams can act on.
