As our work in Economic Mobility builds momentum, we're hiring a partnerships manager dedicated to career pathways in the AI age. You'll lead Claude Corps, our $150M flagship early career program — a national fellowship placing 1,000 early-career fellows, paid full-time for a year, with nonprofits serving communities across the U.S. Designed and run with CodePath, you'll own the program's success through its first cohorts and its evolution into replicable workforce infrastructure for the field if the program is impactful for both fellows and nonprofit host organizations.
