About the Role Anthropic's Safeguards team is responsible for enforcing our policies, protecting users, and ensuring our platform is not misused. A large and growing share of Claude usage reaches customers through our cloud partners: Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. As the Enforcement Operations Lead for Multi-Cloud, you'll own how Anthropic detects, reviews, and acts on misuse across those surfaces, where the partner owns the customer relationship and often the data path. You'll build the operating model, partner agreements, and documentation that make enforcement on every cloud consistent, auditable, and fast. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of coordinating across teams and companies to break new ground and drive work to completion.
