About the role Anthropic is looking for an experienced G&A Recruiter to help build the business functions that keep our company running smoothly. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across our General & Administrative teams, owning searches that range from high-volume pipelines to highly strategic, hard-to-fill roles — and you'll be expected to context-switch between them without dropping quality. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership across a diverse portfolio. You'll manage a high req load across multiple hiring managers, use data and systems to prioritize and surface issues early, and build repeatable processes that scale. We're also looking for someone who actively leverages AI and automation to increase throughput while protecting a great candidate experience.
