Corporate Compliance is a key pillar of that function, covering anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, outside activities, the Code of Conduct, and related employee-conduct matters. As Senior Compliance Program Manager, you will build and run Anthropic's political law compliance program — the operating infrastructure behind our corporate PAC, corporate political giving, state and local pay-to-play preclearance, and the gift and ethics rules governing our interactions with public officials.
