About the Role As a Technical Program Manager for Corporate Engineering, you will lead programs that build world-class business solutions enabling every Ant to do their best work. In partnership with Anthropic's IT & Security organization, you will drive end-to-end solutions across the company, delivering the right products, tools, platforms, and experiences for all Ants as they work to create a world for safe and powerful AI. In the simplest terms, you build and drive solutions to enable all of Anthropic to be more productive. You will use your technical and program management expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, lead execution, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
