About the role Anthropic is seeking an experienced leader for our Treasury, Liquidity & Capital Planning team. In this foundational role, you will own the forward view of the company's cash and balance sheet as Anthropic manages one of the fastest-growing balance sheets in technology alongside some of the largest infrastructure commitments any company is making. You will report to the Head of Investments & Market Risk and work closely with FP&A, Accounts Payable, Collections, Controllership, Legal and Infrastructure Finance. This is a rare opportunity to build a liquidity and capital planning function from the ground up at a high-growth AI company. You bring a strong background across multiple pillars of Treasury and a track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives through to completion with limited direction and full accountability.
