Facilities and Maintenance Manager at HelloFresh in Coventry

About The Role: As Facilities & Maintenance Manager for the UK, Ireland & Hubs, you’ll lead the strategy and day-to-day performance of our facilities and maintenance operations across our Distribution Centres, offices and regional delivery hubs. You’ll be responsible for keeping our sites safe, compliant and operational 24/7, while driving improvements across asset performance, maintenance, automation and facilities infrastructure. Working closely with Operations, Finance and EU Engineering teams, you’ll also lead major engineering projects, CapEx initiatives and long-term plans to support HelloFresh’s continued growth. What You Will Be Doing: ● Lead multi-site facilities and maintenance operations across the UK and Ireland, covering asset maintenance, cleaning, security and site infrastructure ● Own the performance and availability of critical equipment, ensuring high levels of uptime, compliance and operational reliability across a 24/7 business ● Manage facilities and maintenance suppliers and contractors, including contract performance, tenders, commercial negotiations and invoice approval ● Lead facilities and engineering projects from end to end, including equipment upgrades, system modifications, new technology rollouts and CapEx initiatives ● Work closely with Operations, Finance and EU Engineering teams to plan future equipment replacements, upgrades and…
