Job Description As the Hygiene & Waste Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to successfully deliver the Youfoodz manufacturing plan. You will drive team performance to meet production schedules while ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. Provide leadership and direction for the team through training, coaching, and mentoring. Oversee daily washroom operations, bin room operations, and site waste removal. Manage ordering of chemicals, PPE, consumables, and maintain titration rate documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve line efficiencies and minimize process waste.
