Full Time, On-Site Working Pattern: Friday–Tuesday St. Margaret’s, Co.Dublin, K67 P7E5 About the Role As an Operations Manager for HelloFresh Ireland, you will work directly with our Senior Operations Manager to oversee, manage, and optimise our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) fulfilment partner. Unlike direct operational management models where you manage shift teams on the floor, this role focuses on driving high-level operational performance, managing key metrics, and influencing our 3PL partner to execute best-in-class processes. You will be responsible for building a strong, trust-based relationship with our 3PL partner, establishing accountability, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our customers receive perfect boxes every time. What You Will Be Doing 3PL Oversight & Performance Management Monitor, analyse, and manage site KPIs, including SLA compliance, throughput, cost per box, and production errors. Conduct performance reviews with the 3PL management team to review metrics, address operational bottlenecks, and track corrective actions.
