Quality Control Associate (12 Months Contract) at HelloFresh in Abbotsford

Location: 3331 Mount Lehman Rd, Abbotsford, V2T 5M1 Shift: Monday - Sunday (any 2 days off ) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Flexibility required About the Role As a Quality Control Associate you will take a hands-on approach to maintaining and continuously improving our product quality control processes and monitoring our food safety requirements. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers are being provided with safe, great tasting meals. What you will be doing: Receive inbounding and inventory SKUs from the Warehouse department and conduct quality control inspections to ensure products adhere to required specifications. Maintain clear and concise communication with the Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams; in cases of product non-conformance, alongside maintaining a photo database of product non-conformances. Perform quality control inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products to ensure products meet Company Standards. Monitor GMPs are followed by all employees and Management of allergens is followed as per procedures. Ensure compliance of products with regulatory requirements through monitoring of product labeling, PRPs as applicable.
