Location: (EDM) 36 Ave & 8th St, Nisku Shift: Friday to Tuesday - flexibility required for both Day & Evening Shifts Day Shift: Friday to Tuesday (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM) Evening Shift: Friday to Tuesday (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM) S'more about the team: The Senior Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and leads a team of supervisors, team leads, coordinators, and associates in a single shift or across multiple shifts. In the absence of a Production Manager, the Senior Supervisor is the primary point of contact for any operational and people escalations for the production function in a fulfillment center. The Senior Supervisor is responsible for any issue resolution in day-to-day operations, and when necessary, further escalates issues to the Manager levels.
