How to Succeed Analyze business use cases, functional specifications, solution designs, and acceptance criteria to define the right E2E test coverage. Design and maintain test cases covering complete payment journeys across channels, APIs, processing components, and downstream systems. Execute manual and automated E2E tests, including happy flows, unhappy flows, error handling, boundary conditions, and regression scenarios. Validate payment data, statuses, and outcomes as transactions move between different systems. Prepare and maintain test data, test accounts, access rights, and environment prerequisites. Collect clear test evidence, including expected and actual results, logs, API responses, screenshots, and relevant transaction or message identifiers. Retest resolved defects and perform targeted regression testing to ensure fixes don't create unintended impact elsewhere in the payment chain. Build and maintain automated test suites and help move E2E scenarios from manual testing toward maintainable automation.
