ABOUT THE TEAM The Adoption, Innovation, and Transformation (AIT) team within OpenAI for Government helps government organizations turn OpenAI products into durable capabilities and measurable mission impact. We work alongside government leaders and public servants to move from exploration to confident, responsible, organization-wide use of AI, including our Cyber and Daybreak capabilities. Our work combines strategic communications, hands-on enablement, adoption strategy, deployment support, and community building, tailored to government missions and operating environments. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Cyber Enablement Lead to help government cyber professionals turn Daybreak’s capabilities into stronger defenses and measurable mission outcomes. This role combines technical credibility, hands-on teaching, strategic communication, and cross-functional leadership. You will own Daybreak’s government product enablement strategy and personally design and deliver the training that brings it to life. Your work will span audience research, curriculum design, recorded demonstrations and courses, hands-on workshops, executive briefings, and cyber councils.
