About the Team Our team helps OpenAI advance data center development by connecting communications, permitting and community engagement. We work across the teams building these projects to bring community expertise and clear communication to practical development needs. About the Role We’re looking for a versatile communications and community engagement professional who can help move data center projects forward. You’ll combine community engagement with strong communication skills and experience in permitting and public meetings. This role calls for someone who can influence across organizational boundaries, build understanding among stakeholders and step into the work where they can be most useful. This position has a strong external focus, crafting and sharing our data center narrative with a strong impact on policy-making through advocacy and press stakeholder management. This position will also have a major impact on the way OpenAI is perceived by other players in the industry and by the wider public.
