About the Role We’re hiring an IT Logistics Lead to manage the team that keeps OpenAI employees equipped for their most important work. You’ll run daily operations, evaluate new hardware and introduce equipment and services that address unmet needs. You’ll own the hardware and peripheral catalog, fulfillment programs, asset management systems and regional operating models. You’ll deliver on IT’s promise: equipment ready on day 1 globally, choices suited to each employee’s location and work, self-service employees trust, and accurate records of what we own, where it is and who has it. This is a hands-on people management role. You’ll coach team members, manage performance and work alongside them on execution and escalations.
