, Netherlands Worker Type: Regular Posting Start Date: September 8, 2026 Job Description: What’s the role As a Quality & Logistics Optimizer (Blender), you will play a key role in ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality requirements. Working at the intersection of Trading and Operations, you will learn how blending, logistics, and commercial decisions come together to create value across the supply chain. You will support the development of blending strategies, monitor product quality, and help optimize operations to meet customer and business requirements. In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of logistics activities across terminals, vessels, barges, trucks, and ship-to-ship (STS) operations throughout Europe. You will work closely with experienced traders, operators, and industry experts to understand how operational decisions impact commercial performance, product quality, and supply reliability. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in Trading & Supply while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
