Talent Relations Manager at Spotify in Los Angeles

The Ringer is looking for an experienced Talent Relations Manager to work with high-profile talent and book guests across our slate of shows. You’ll partner closely with our content teams, hosts, and producers to identify compelling talent opportunities and strategically book guests who connect with each show’s audience. You’ll bring strong relationships across the entertainment industry, sound judgment, and a genuine passion for podcasts and culture. What You'll Do Manage talent bookings across The Ringer’s podcast network, partnering closely with hosts and producers to identify and secure compelling guests. Build consistent workflows and communication with show teams, including regular check-ins, guest pitches, and planning around tentpole events and key coverage moments. Develop thoughtful guest strategies that align talent opportunities with each show’s audience, voice, and editorial priorities. Support hosts and producers in preparing for guest appearances and help ensure teams have the information and resources they need. Build trusted relationships with hosts across the network and act as a bridge between show teams and senior leadership.
