You will play a vital role in supporting our monthly payroll cycle and helping maintain a seamless experience for our employees across all our locations. Your responsibilities will include: Payroll Data Coordination : Support the monthly payroll cycle by collecting data from new joiners and ensuring all inputs are accurately entered into Personio. Document Administration : Take charge of the digital filing and secure distribution of monthly payslips and payroll related documents. Employee Inquiry Support : Act as a first point of contact for the payroll helpdesk, answering basic employee questions and assisting with payroll onboarding sessions. Compliance & Tracking : Help…
