We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our European Legal team. This individual will be covering a broad and complex portfolio of regulatory and commercial topics, including marketplace seller matters, product compliance, customs law, payment regulation, and warehouse and logistics agreements. The role requires someone who combines deep legal expertise with strong business acumen, the ability to lead and develop a team, and the drive to build scalable legal frameworks in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. Responsibilities Oversee all legal matters for marketplace sellers, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and sanctions management.
