About the role We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to build and run IT for our New York City office, giving employees fast, clear help with technical issues and automating the fixes for the ones that repeat. You will help us expand from a co-working space into a new New York City office, and you will get hands-on access to the AI tooling used across the company that most IT roles never see, with encouragement to build automations with it. This is an onsite role based in New York City, five days a week in the office.
