About the role We're looking for a Commercial attorney to join our Legal team. Vercel's deal volume keeps climbing as the company grows, and we need someone who can close deals and build the systems that let the team close more of them, faster. You'll partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. Beyond managing a busy deal pipeline, you'll use AI tools to improve processes, playbooks, and programs that boost efficiency and deal velocity as we scale. Depending on interest, you may also work on product development or other projects outside Commercial Legal. You'll report to the Senior Director of Legal, Commercial, and be based in San Francisco with a 3-day/week in-office requirement.
