Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director, PACS to lead the Company's external engagement, advocacy, trade association strategy, and public affairs agenda in Türkiye. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the Company's public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy, building trusted relationships with key external stakeholders, influencing the external business environment, and protecting and enhancing the Company's reputation. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for Trade Associations and external policy engagement in Türkiye and will partner closely with Franchise, regional, and global leaders to advance business priorities. What You'll Do for Us Lead the development and execution of the Company's public affairs, advocacy, and external engagement strategy in Türkiye, aligned with business and Franchise priorities. Serve as the Company's senior representative across key Trade Associations, business councils, chambers of commerce, and industry platforms. Define and drive the Company's Trade Association strategy, ensuring proactive influence on policy discussions and industry priorities.
