WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Own the monthly preparatory payroll process end to end for our 500+ employees in 8 European countries Proactively kick-off and lead projects that aim for more streamlined, scalable and efficient processes with the focus on employee experience Become a trusted partner and expert within the organization and especially the People Department for payroll matters Be the first point of contact for our employees in all payroll related questions Build a strong and trust-based relationships with our main stakeholder across the organization and partner with functions like finance, audit as well as external partners WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1+ years of experience in (preparatory) Payroll in an hyper growth environment Excellent organizational, analytical and procedural skills High attention to detail, solution oriented and advanced Excel/Sheets…
