WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As part of the Product Operations team , you’ll tackle some of Trade Republic’s toughest challenges, designing scalable solutions that enable hyper-growth. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team of Operations Associates and Managers for one of our Tech department reporting directly to the Head of the department Advising on and implementing process improvements that empower our teams and support our growth.
