Partnering closely with senior leadership, you'll shape organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent readiness — while also supporting broader regional people initiatives. How you will contribute Organizational design & workforce planning — Build the right structure and capabilities to deliver project outcomes, including role mapping and workforce modelling. Change management — Own the change strategy end-to-end: employee engagement, communication, and smooth workforce transitions. Talent & capability building — Identify capability gaps and create targeted hiring and development plans supporting both immediate delivery and longer-term readiness. Employee & labor relations — Manage ER matters in line with Turkish labor law; oversee labor relations strategy.
