Your role: Support the execution of two service transformation programs in collaboration with project managers. Assist with program preparation activities and documentation coordination. Contribute to transformation-related workstreams and help manage day-to-day program activities. Help coordinate weekly status reporting from project managers and domain leads. Work with the tools, processes, and governance used to run large projects/programs.
