Job Title Systems Engineer & Technologist (all genders) Job Description In this role, you will provide technical leadership for the development and lifecycle management of X-ray tubes, generators, and their subcomponents. By translating customer and business needs into robust system solutions and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you will help deliver innovative, reliable imaging technologies that drive Philips' success and create value for customers. Your role: Define, introduce, and maintain system architectures for x-ray tubes, generators, and X-segments, including interfaces, system requirements, and modular building blocks. Translate stakeholder, user, and business needs into clear, measurable, and traceable product requirements and design decisions. Drive technology choices, design trade-off analyses, and the selection of suitable methods and tools to deliver balanced, robust solutions. Lead system integration and verification, including the management of requirements, interfaces, and deviations through to system readiness. Own technical and product risk assessments, define mitigations, and implement relevant medical standards and regulatory requirements – working across functions and with suppliers to continuously improve quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
