Pathlift pricing: pay for the applications, not the tool.
One rule: every plan is the full product, and plans differ only by how many applications you send. Student is $9 a month for 100 applications, Pro is $19 for 300, Abroad is $29 for 300. That is roughly 6 to 10 cents an application.
Launch offer: until 30 November 2026 every feature of every plan, Abroad included, is free for everyone, up to 100 applications a month. Payments aren't open yet, so we never ask for a card, and nothing is charged when the launch ends: you move to the free plan unless you choose a paid one.
Your first 20 applications every month are free and need no card.

Prices are separate price points per currency, not exchange-rate conversions: Europe sees euro, everywhere else sees US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where your country requires it.
A final-year student applying to internships and graduate roles fits Student: 100 applications is about 25 a week. Someone who has left a job, or is moving fast, fits Pro. Applying in another country, with CVs in English and German and a filter for postings that mention visa or relocation support, is what Abroad is for.
All plans can be billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. Quarterly billing is 15% cheaper and yearly 30%, and you can switch between them without losing the current period.
One application means one application sent.
The only thing that uses your allowance is an application that reaches an employer. Everything else is free.
Counts
- A job application you approve and send through the company's form
- An application Pathlift prepared that you mark as sent
Doesn't count
- Matches you look at or skip
- CV and cover-letter drafts you don't approve
- Applications that fail on the company's side and never go out
- Master's programme tracking and reminders
Unused applications don't roll over to the next month. When you change plans, the new allowance applies straight away.
Nothing is an add-on. Not at any plan.
Every plan, the free one included, runs all four stages. There is no plan where tailoring costs extra or where the master's calendar is locked away.
Find
Company career pages are read every hour, and roles that fit your CV come with the reason they fit.
Prep
Your CV lines and a cover letter are written for the posting, in its language, from what is already in your CV. You see every change first.
Apply
The approved application opens in the company's own form, filled in. You press submit.
Track
Sent applications, replies, interviews and the master's deadlines you follow sit on one board.
The one separate purchase is the master's pack ($49 per application cycle): document checks, statement-of-purpose drafts and scholarship matching for up to 8 programmes.
Where Pathlift is the right choice.
You're applying in Europe
Pathlift reads companies in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Ireland every hour, along with the US and dozens of other countries.
You want to approve everything
Nothing is sent for you. Every changed line and every cover letter waits for your approval.
You're weighing a job against a master's
Roles and master's deadlines sit on the same board, so you can see which one closes first.
You want roles at the source
Postings come from the company's own career page, where they appear before they reach a job board.
You want the rules respected
No bots on LinkedIn or other job boards, and nothing written into your CV that isn't already there.
You want the price to be the price
One allowance, no add-ons. Skipped matches and drafts you don't approve cost nothing.
When something else is better: if most of your search is in the US, or you want applications submitted for you, another tool will serve you better today. We say where on the comparison page.
What job seekers say.
Pathlift is pre-launch and has no customer reviews yet. We won't show made-up ones. This space will hold real, attributed quotes once people have used it.
Frequently asked questions
What happens on 30 November 2026?
The launch ends. We'll write about it on the site two weeks before. Because we never take a card during the launch, nothing is charged: you stay on the free plan (20 applications a month) unless you choose a paid plan. Your data stays in your browser either way.
How long does the free plan last?
For good. 20 applications and 5 tracked master's programmes renew every month. We don't ask for a card.
How much does Pathlift cost a month?
Student is $9, Pro $19 and Abroad $29 a month, in euro in Europe and US dollars elsewhere. Quarterly billing is 15% cheaper and yearly 30%.
Is it easy to cancel?
One click in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period, then you move to the free plan. Your data isn't deleted; if you want it gone, there's a delete page.
Do failed applications count?
No. An application that fails on the company's side and never goes out doesn't use your allowance.
Do I need proof that I'm a student?
At launch we plan to verify with a university email address. You can keep the Student plan for 12 months after graduating.
Why count per application?
Because that's where the value is. What matters isn't how many features a tool has but how many careful applications reach employers. Nothing you skip or don't like uses up your allowance.
Which currency will I pay in?
Euro in Europe (the UK and Switzerland included) and US dollars everywhere else. These are separate price points, not conversions, so the price doesn't move with the exchange rate. At launch we plan to use a payment provider that acts as merchant of record and adds the right tax for your country.
Is the master's pack part of a plan?
No, it's the one separate purchase: $49 per application cycle for document checks, statement-of-purpose drafts and scholarship matching on up to 8 programmes.
