Growth Manager MENAT+ at Spotify in Istanbul

We're looking for a Growth Manager to join Spotify's SAMEA Growth team within Markets and Subscriptions. You'll help more listeners discover, choose, and stay with Spotify Premium across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, Pakistan, and CIS markets (MENAT+). Working closely with local market teams and colleagues across Marketing, Product, Data, and Commercial, you'll turn growth opportunities into campaigns, experiments, and measurable results. Our team combines local market knowledge, creativity, and data to build meaningful listener experiences and grow Premium subscriptions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, learning through experimentation, and making things happen. You'll take ownership of growth initiatives across multiple markets, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimisation, helping shape how Spotify Premium grows across a diverse and dynamic region.
